Job Summary

Driving innovative product introductions, the full-time hybrid Product Development Manager will oversee the entire product development process from concept to production, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery and market competitiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for designing, developing, and delivering the strategic plan for product development
• Collaborate with R&D to build new greenfield products and iterate on existing products based on feedback
• Optimize product development processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and accelerate time-to-market

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 7+ years of experience in product development within household durables, consumer goods, or related B2C industries
• Proven track record in leading the development of new product concepts from ideation to market launch
• Experience working closely with R&D, design, and engineering teams for technical feasibility
• In-depth understanding of product development processes, manufacturing methods, and materials
