Product Development Manager

Job Summary

Leading the end-to-end development of seasonal paper goods collections, the full-time remote Product Development Manager will drive product innovation, manage project timelines, and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure assortments resonate with customers while meeting margin and quality targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop seasonal product lines including gift wrap, greeting cards, and stationery
• Manage the product lifecycle from concept through production and delivery
• Collaborate with design, sales, and sourcing teams to align on trends and customer needs

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree
• 5+ years of experience in product development, preferably in paper goods or seasonal products
• Strong understanding of printing processes, materials, and packaging production
• Proficiency in project management tools and Microsoft Office
• Experience presenting to major retailer buyers and product development teams
