Product Development Program Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Program Manager - Product Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate and operationalize key alignment sessions across the product lifecycle
• Provide visibility into overall initiative health and support teams in applying the defined lifecycle model
• Build trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and provide updates to leadership on risks and dependencies

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of experience in program or lifecycle management within a B2B SaaS product organization
• Bachelor's degree in a technical or relevant field (or equivalent practical experience)
• Strong understanding of modern product development practices and the full product development lifecycle
• Hands-on experience with Jira and Jira Product Discovery
• Experience operationalizing product operating models within scaling organizations
