Job Summary

To support the design and implementation of credit card products, the remote Assistant Vice President, Product Development SME will manage onboarding and account management frameworks, review product requirement documents, and ensure alignment across business, technology, and operations.

Key responsibilities
  • Support development of credit card product features and lifecycle design
  • Manage onboarding and account management frameworks
  • Review and maintain Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
Required qualifications
  • At least 12 years of experience in credit risk product, particularly in credit cards/commercial cards
  • Strong understanding of onboarding, servicing, and account lifecycle
  • Experience creating and managing PRDs
  • Proven track record of delivering against established goals and roadmaps
  • Ability to translate business requirements into detailed product specifications
