Product Development Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Development Specialist, who will assist in managing cross-functional projects and contribute to product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor product performance by tracking KPIs, adoption rates, and user feedback
• Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for product refinement based on data and customer insights
• Manage post-launch roadmap by collaborating with various teams to prioritize updates and fixes

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of relevant experience, preferably in the mortgage or reverse mortgage market
• Experience in Banking with a strong understanding of banking product offerings preferred
• Proven ability to translate feedback into actionable improvements
• Strong organizational and time management skills; able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong analytical skills, comfortable with metrics and basic data tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
