Product Development Specialist

Job Summary

Owning and executing key product and packaging development operations, the full-time remote Product & Packaging Development Specialist will manage supplier communication, documentation, and cross-functional alignment to drive projects efficiently from brief to launch.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all standard supplier communications and document key decisions and action items promptly
• Organize and manage documentation, ensuring timely updates and accuracy in project management tools
• Support commercial operations by maintaining core consumables trackers and resolving pricing discrepancies

Required qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in product development, packaging, or a related role within consumer goods, beauty, or personal care
• Strong operational execution skills with a focus on clean documentation and meeting deadlines
• Experience managing supplier communications and coordinating cross-functional workflows
• Familiarity with artwork proofing, tech packs, and packaging approval processes
• Understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for consumer product packaging
