Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product to manage the product roadmap and execution while leading a team of product managers.

• Establish processes and metrics to ensure measurable and predictable product delivery
• Lead and develop the product team, fostering a culture of ownership and accountability

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience as a product manager or leader in a high-growth SaaS or enterprise software environment
• A track record of improving delivery quality and predictability
• Strong coaching and people management skills
• Ability to translate ambiguous company goals into a clear, actionable product roadmap
• Experience in Salesforce ecosystems or B2B enterprise workflow software is a plus
