Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for a defined product domain
Lead prioritization and tradeoff decisions across multiple product teams
Mentor and develop a team of Product Managers, providing coaching and career guidance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Product Management or a closely related role
3+ years of experience leading and developing Product Managers
Proven experience in managing teams in a fast-paced SaaS environment
Experience utilizing both Agile and Waterfall development processes
