Product Director

Job Summary

Driving innovative product strategies, the full-time remote Product Director will lead cross-functional teams in enhancing product offerings and revenue opportunities for Capital One Shopping, focusing on integrating emerging technologies and data-driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multiple teams to design and deliver data platform features for internal users
• Create a vision and roadmap for products that address stakeholder needs and drive user engagement
• Define and monitor key performance indicators to evaluate project success and evolution

Required qualifications

• At least 7 years of experience in Product Management
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field or an MBA with a quantitative concentration
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data analysis
• Demonstrated interest in AI and emerging technologies
• Experience in translating business strategies into consumer-facing digital products
