Job Summary

Experienced product leaders will find a full-time salaried Director of Product opportunity focused on owning the product strategy, managing engineering resources, and leading a team to enhance a multi-tenant platform while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Steward the product roadmap by prioritizing and defining the execution of features that drive retention and community growth
• Own engineering capacity utilization by serving as the primary stakeholder for internal and external engineering teams, ensuring consistent processes for feature work
• Lead the adoption of AI-powered workflows to improve efficiency in feature requests and engineering readiness, while managing a small team of product owners

Required qualifications

• 6-8+ years in product management, with a minimum of 3 years in a senior or leadership role, directly collaborating with engineering teams
• Technical fluency with the ability to evaluate technical specifications and understand system architecture, with prior experience in software engineering
• Demonstrated experience in using AI tools within product workflows and a mindset geared towards AI adoption
• Strong written communication skills, with a preference for asynchronous communication in remote environments
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities and translate business needs into product requirements effectively
