Job Summary

Seeking a visionary Product Director to join the remote US team, this full-time role will manage product strategy, coach Product Managers, and drive outcomes for innovative compliance and risk solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product strategy by collaborating with leadership to define objectives and priorities
• Build and mentor a team of Product Managers through all stages of product development and delivery
• Drive prioritization and stakeholder alignment by utilizing data-driven insights and coordinating updates on strategic initiatives

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management, including 3+ years in people management
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field
• Proven experience implementing Agile best practices in cross-functional teams
• Strong capabilities in fostering the adoption of AI tools to enhance product outcomes
• Experience leading client discovery, demos, and webinars
