Job Summary

Leading a cross-functional team, the full-time remote Product Director will inspire talent, prioritize product investments, and ensure the execution of an innovative AI roadmap while balancing business growth with user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure quick execution of a roadmap focused on AI innovation while managing trade-offs effectively
• Lead and develop product managers, fostering partnerships with engineering, design, data science, and revenue teams
• Prioritize product investments with clear business cases, balancing short-term revenue and long-term user trust

Required qualifications

• Deep, hands-on experience with AI products and tools, understanding the trade-offs involved
• Experience with revenue-generating products and collaboration with finance and revenue partners
• Proven ability to lead large cross-functional initiatives and communicate effectively at the executive level
