Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI products used by physicians and care teams
• Collaborate with product design and Applied AI teams to define user experience and model development
• Manage program prioritization and execution in collaboration with engineering leaders

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of technical experience in software development within the tech or biotech industry
• Experience in AI or ML product development from concept to launch in a consumer-facing technology company
• Proven track record in recognizing customer needs and translating them into product specifications
• Experience working with agile software development teams or similar processes
• Ability to quickly learn new concepts in genomics and oncology
