Product Director, AI Products

Job Summary

To define and drive the roadmap for AI-first products, the full-time Product Director, AI Products will collaborate with the Head of Data & AI, focusing on identifying customer problems, developing new AI-enabled products, and enhancing existing offerings in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the product roadmap for AI and data-driven products, aligning with company strategy and identifying new product opportunities
• Interface with customers and market experts to understand demand for AI-enabled compliance solutions and translate insights into product requirements
• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver production-grade AI capabilities, ensuring products are explainable and aligned with customer workflows

Required Qualifications

• Proven success as a Product Manager in B2B software, particularly in AI, data, or analytics products
• Experience building software for financial services or regulated domains, with a strong understanding of enterprise SaaS products
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills, influencing stakeholders across various teams
• Strong commercial instincts, connecting product investment to customer value and market expansion
• Comfortable discussing AI product risks and technical aspects with sufficient fluency to make informed trade-offs
