Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director - Consumer Lending Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development projects, managing complex product initiatives and stakeholder communications
• Conduct financial reviews and price modeling to assess product viability and track profitability
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set product strategies and deliver products to market, ensuring operational alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree preferred
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with financial institution or fintech issues
• 8+ years of prior leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of emerging technologies, including AI tools, Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience in evaluating product ideas and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
