Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director - Consumer Lending Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development projects, managing complex product initiatives and stakeholder communications
• Conduct financial analysis and develop pricing models to support product viability and profitability
• Collaborate with senior leaders to set product strategies and deliver products to market, ensuring operational alignment

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's Degree (Preferred)
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with financial institution/fintech related issues (Required)
• 8+ years of prior leadership and management experience (Required)
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI tools, Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite (Required)
• Experience in navigating complex regulatory landscapes and ensuring compliance with financial regulations
