Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director - Consumer Lending Solutions (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional development projects and manage project plans with performance indicators
• Conduct financial analysis to assess product viability and collaborate on pricing strategies
• Develop product strategies aligned with financial goals and support new product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree (Required); Master's Degree (Preferred)
• In-depth knowledge and extensive experience with financial institution/fintech related issues
• 8+ years of prior leadership and management experience
• Knowledge of emerging technologies including AI tools, Confluence, JIRA, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to evaluate and implement innovative product ideas while ensuring compliance with regulations
