Product Director, Data Resilience

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director, Data Resilience Strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Own the DRMM as a strategic product, shaping the roadmap and defining success metrics
• Collaborate with Sales and GTM teams to integrate the DRMM into sales motions and field activities
• Establish and track KPIs to measure the DRMM's effectiveness and develop training programs for field teams

Required Qualifications:

• 8-12 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, or program leadership in enterprise tech or cybersecurity
• Experience in owning or building maturity models, assessment frameworks, or benchmarking tools
• Demonstrated success in executing strategic programs that enhance sales value and drive revenue growth
• Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional programs with a focus on execution
• Data- and process-oriented with experience in working with research and analytics
