Product Director for LC & LCMS

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director - LC, LCMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the product roadmap and business strategy for the LC & LCMS portfolio
• Deliver the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), managing budget, resources, and performance metrics
• Champion a customer-centric approach by gathering market insights and translating needs into product requirements

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience (8+ years) in product management or development in the scientific instrumentation industry
• Domain knowledge of LC & LCMS Chromatography and relevant applications
• Demonstrated high agency and a hands-on approach with a track record of delivering results
• Exceptional strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, or a related scientific/technical field; an MBA is a plus
