Product Director - Network
Job Summary
To support innovative healthcare solutions, the full-time Product Director - Network will manage market solution design, integration requirements, and network configuration while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Partner with network, go-to-market, and sales teams to define and scope market deliverables
- Write integration requirements for partner and TPA data exchange throughout the claims lifecycle
- Oversee provider data management and ensure network adequacy and directory accuracy
Required qualifications
- Strong understanding of reimbursement methodologies and fee schedules
- Experience in health plans, TPAs, or related organizations
- Proficiency in data exchange formats such as 837 and 835
- Ability to represent the organization confidently in front of brokers and health systems
- Technical fluency to read data models and write SQL queries
