Product Director of Belonging

Job Summary

Seeking a forward-thinking Product Director of Belonging, the remote full-time position will lead the design and evolution of the Belonging portfolio to enhance employee engagement and drive business outcomes through innovative products and programs.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of the Belonging portfolio, ensuring alignment with company strategy and culture goals
• Define a multi-year roadmap for initiatives that enhance the employee experience, including cost modeling
• Cultivate stakeholder relationships to embed Belonging into core business and people processes

Required qualifications

• 15+ years of experience in Product Development, Organizational Behavior, or related fields
• 7+ years of experience creating and scaling products for enterprise use
• Experience working with data to inform strategy and measure impact
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business, or related field
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and complex workstreams
