Product Director of Business Intelligence

Job Summary

Leading the strategy and delivery of reporting and analytics solutions, the full-time remote Product Director of Business Intelligence will manage product initiatives, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive innovation in healthcare revenue cycle management.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Business Intelligence products and analytics initiatives
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify reporting needs and prioritize enhancements based on business value
• Manage the Business Intelligence product backlog while balancing technical constraints and customer expectations

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Healthcare Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, Product Management, or a related role within healthcare revenue cycle management
• Strong understanding of revenue cycle management metrics and reporting standards
• Experience managing product initiatives from concept through implementation
• Proven ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, including operations and development
