Product Director - Payments

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Director (Payments & Regulatory).

Key Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product roadmap for payments, including stablecoin and cross-border payments
• Translate global regulatory requirements into actionable product decisions while ensuring compliance
• Drive alignment across teams on roadmap priorities and manage the end-to-end lifecycle of payment products

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in payments, fintech, or crypto
• Deep understanding of payments infrastructure and financial regulations across multiple jurisdictions
• Proven ability to lead and grow a product team in a fast-moving environment
• Experience working with merchants or payment partners in an external-facing capacity
• Web3-native mindset with knowledge of crypto UX and wallet infrastructure
