Product Director, Rentals

Job Summary

To lead the development of a comprehensive rentals marketplace, the full-time remote Product Director, Rentals will set product strategy, manage a team of product managers, and enhance both renter and property management experiences across various platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Set and own the product strategy and roadmap for rentals, focusing on user experience and inventory growth
• Define and launch products for property management companies to enhance listings and improve self-service for homeowners
• Lead and mentor a team of product managers, aligning stakeholders on strategy and prioritization

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience with consumer web and mobile products
• 4+ years of experience leading product managers and building high-performing teams
• Experience in developing B2B or marketplace products with a focus on business customer needs
• Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 initiatives and launching new products or business lines
• Strong analytical skills with a customer-centric approach to product development
