Product Director, Rewards

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Product, Rewards who will oversee member incentive programs to enhance engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead annual rewards planning and execution, including segmentation strategy and program launches
• Manage a team of product managers and oversee cross-functional alignment discussions to meet business and regulatory goals
• Evaluate member feedback and analytics to inform program optimization and financial stewardship

Required Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in product strategy or program management in B2C environments
• 5+ years of experience in executive communications and relationship building
• 2+ years of experience managing a program budget or vendor management with significant annual spend
• Experience operating in a regulated environment and managing associated risks
• Proven ability to work effectively in a cross-functional or matrix environment
