Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, computer science, mathematics, engineering, or information systems; master's degree is a plus
• 10+ years of experience in Product Management, with 3+ years in a leadership role within the Workplace Health Benefits industry
• Extensive knowledge of Workplace Solutions technology strategies, particularly in leave and absence management
• Strong technical and management ability to lead delivery teams effectively
• Experience in aligning stakeholders and fostering communication between teams
