A company is looking for a Senior Product Documentation & Knowledge Systems Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate documentation into the product development lifecycle
• Own the strategy and execution of the documentation ecosystem, including user guides and knowledge base content

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in product documentation, technical writing, or knowledge management within SaaS platforms
• Experience in content strategy emphasizing information architecture and modular content
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to improve documentation quality and efficiency
• Ability to write clearly for diverse audiences
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence without formal authority
