Job Summary
Product Education Lead will manage product fluency and sales enablement initiatives in a full-time remote role, focusing on creating educational content, developing community engagement, and ensuring effective customer onboarding.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver educational content that enhances product understanding for both customers and internal teams
- Facilitate sales enablement by creating demos, positioning materials, and improving demo-to-close conversion rates
- Build and manage a community that fosters engagement and knowledge sharing among customers and prospects
Required qualifications
- Deep product knowledge with the ability to teach and demonstrate complex features effectively
- Experience in creating educational programs or curriculums from the ground up
- Proven track record of translating product features into sellable units for sales teams
- Hands-on experience with AI technologies and building AI-driven solutions
- Strong storytelling and teaching skills, with a focus on retention of knowledge
