Product Education Specialist

Job Summary

Leading the evolution of product education, the full-time remote Principal Product Education Specialist will define strategies for modern learning experiences, drive the integration of AI-powered self-service solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance user assistance across products.

Key responsibilities:

• Define the strategy and roadmap for transitioning product education to modern, in-product, and self-service experiences
• Drive the implementation of AI-powered learning solutions and contextual help to improve user adoption and experience
• Continuously measure and enhance learning effectiveness through data analysis and user feedback

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Education, Instructional Design, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in product education, instructional design, or a closely related field
• Proven experience in designing AI-enabled education experiences and leveraging modern learning technologies
• Strong project management skills with a track record of leading cross-functional initiatives
• Hands-on experience with learning management systems and content creation tools
