Product Educator

Job Summary

Seeking a US-based Product Educator on a contract-to-hire basis, the role will script, record, and edit product tutorials while creating educational content across various platforms to enhance customer engagement with Loops features.

Key responsibilities

• Script, record, and edit concise product tutorials, demos, and launch videos
• Create email, social, and documentation content to assist customers in using Loops
• Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure educational content accuracy and effectiveness

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience creating product, technical, or educational content
• A portfolio showcasing video content published within the last 30 days
• Active presence on at least one social media platform such as X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
• Ability to learn and explain a SaaS product simply and effectively
• Experience with lifecycle email, SaaS, or product-led growth is a bonus
