Product Educator

Job Summary

To support a growing team, the US-based Product Educator and Technical Content Creator will create engaging product marketing and educational content across various platforms, working remotely on a contract-to-hire basis.

Key responsibilities

• Script, record, and edit concise product tutorials, demos, and launch videos
• Create content for email, social media, and documentation to assist customers in using Loops
• Collaborate with product and support teams to ensure educational content is accurate and effective

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in product marketing, technical writing, or customer education content creation
• A portfolio showcasing video content published within the last 30 days
• Active presence on at least one social media platform such as X, LinkedIn, or YouTube
• Ability to learn and explain SaaS products clearly and effectively
• Strong writing, presentation, and editing skills
