Product Enablement Business Partner

Job Summary

To support the integration of product knowledge across teams, the remote Product Enablement Business Partner will translate complex technical features into impactful enablement materials, drive commercial fluency for Sales and Customer Success, and design high-impact learning experiences while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Translate complex technical features into consumable GTM enablement materials and demo assets
• Own end-to-end product enablement, ensuring teams can articulate Sayari's value proposition effectively
• Design and deliver high-impact learning experiences, managing content and curriculum for continuous optimization

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in enablement, product marketing, or solutions engineering in a technical B2B SaaS environment
• Strong foundational understanding of corporate risk, supply chain data, or investigative analysis workflows
• Proven experience with content administration and learning design; familiarity with Mindtickle is a plus
• Ability to work with GenAI tools for content creation and data analysis
• Self-starter with a collaborative demeanor and emotional intelligence to manage internal stakeholders
