Product Enablement Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Enablement Director.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the Product Enablement strategy and roadmap
• Build scalable enablement frameworks for multi-product environments
• Own enablement for Presales roles and ensure teams can articulate business value and outcomes

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in Product Enablement, Product Management, Customer Success, Presales, or related roles in software
• Proven experience building and scaling product enablement programs
• Strong understanding of procurement, finance, supply chain, or spend management processes
• Experience working closely with Product Management and Engineering teams
• Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and presales motions
