Product Enablement Lead

Job Summary

To operationalize product mastery across the organization, the fully remote Product Enablement Lead will design and deliver role-specific education for Sales, Product, Operations, and Client Success teams, enhancing product fluency and client outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement a company-wide Product Mastery framework across various product lines
• Develop and deliver role-based enablement programs tailored to specific functional needs
• Measure and refine enablement initiatives based on metrics related to productivity and performance

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, insurtech, or similar multi-product environments
• Proven experience building and executing product enablement programs as an individual contributor
• Strong understanding of complex product systems and their interconnections across workflows
• Experience in translating complex product information into actionable learning experiences
• Ability to measure the impact of enablement initiatives using relevant business metrics
