Product Enablement Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Product Enablement to lead a team focused on enhancing business process efficiency through low-code/no-code functionalities.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and communicate a strategic plan for enablement products in collaboration with stakeholders
• Own the product roadmap and lead backlog refinement to ensure high-value functionalities are delivered
• Oversee a team to provide guidance and mentorship while ensuring efficient delivery of enablement solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in a product ownership or enablement role, focusing on SaaS platforms
• 1-2 years of experience leading a team
• Strong understanding of low-code/no-code platforms and their application in business solutions
• Experience with Agile methodologies and user experience (UX) design principles
