Product Enablement Manager

Job Summary

To support the Cash Management organization, the full-time salaried Product Enablement Manager will enable operational excellence by managing product execution, tracking performance metrics, and facilitating advisor feedback while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Product Managers and Scrum Teams to support execution and maintain product management artifacts
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators and develop insights for decision-making
• Support the collection and evaluation of advisor feedback to enhance product offerings

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in product operations or related functions within financial services
• Experience supporting Agile product delivery teams and lifecycle management
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira or Confluence
• Experience in developing and analyzing operational metrics and reporting
