Product Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

To elevate Product Management capabilities across the organization, the full-time Staff Product Enablement Specialist will design and deliver scalable learning experiences, enablement programs, and onboarding initiatives while collaborating closely with Product leaders and subject matter experts in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable learning experiences to strengthen Product Management capabilities
• Develop and maintain enablement programs that support onboarding and continuous learning
• Facilitate live and virtual learning sessions for cross-functional audiences

Required Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in enablement, instructional design, or related fields
• Strong understanding of Product Management practices within SaaS or technology organizations
• Proven facilitation skills with experience training hybrid or distributed teams
• Experience developing adult-learning content across multiple formats
• Strong project management and organizational abilities in evolving environments
