Product Enablement Specialist

Job Summary

Driving go-to-market readiness for new product releases, the remote Product Enablement Specialist will manage the enablement lifecycle, develop training materials, and ensure customer-facing teams are experts on the platform.

Key responsibilities

• Own the enablement lifecycle for all new product releases and feature updates, ensuring GTM teams are certified and ready ahead of launches
• Act as the core liaison between Product, PMM, Enablement, and GTM, organizing stakeholder alignment sessions and securing buy-in for training deployments
• Transform technical product documentation into high-quality learning assets, including eLearnings, playbooks, and interactive training environments

Required qualifications

• 3+ years in a software education services role or related field at a financial services or SaaS technology company
• Experience with LMS tools such as Articulate 360, Workramp, or similar platforms preferred
• Strong knowledge of the Wealth Management industry and ability to tailor messaging to varied audiences
• Outstanding presentation skills and logistical planning capabilities
• Experience managing projects from start to finish and a commitment to continuous learning
