Product Engagement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead digital product engagements from discovery through execution and manage client relationships
• Support product discovery activities and collaborate with clients to develop solution approaches
• Define engagement structure, guide product and engineering teams, and facilitate cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in consulting and digital product leadership
• Preferred background in MBB or equivalent consulting firms
• Experience delivering digital products or transformation programs end to end
• Ability to work independently with clients and teams across multiple time zones
• Familiarity with Agile product methodologies and technical literacy to engage with engineering teams
