Key responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end customer deployments and adoption journeys from discovery to value realization
- Own customer engagement strategies to increase adoption and expand platform utilization
- Act as the product strategist for strategic accounts, aligning customer goals with Mindtickle's capabilities
Required qualifications
- 5+ years in SaaS, Professional Services, Customer Success, or similar roles
- Strong product and systems thinking with the ability to connect business outcomes to technical solutions
- Demonstrated experience in driving SaaS deployment and customer transformation programs
- Confidence navigating integrations, APIs, and complex customer environments
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills with executive leaders
