Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineer.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose issues and provide remote diagnostics for software and hardware applications
• Develop and deliver training sessions for new product releases and create Knowledge Base Articles
• Establish long-term relationships with key customers to assist with their support needs

Required Qualifications

• Experience with software troubleshooting and support
• Knowledge of industrial network architecture and communication protocols
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
• Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred
• 3+ years of experience in solutions for Condition Monitoring and Predictive Maintenance
