Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineer [Builder] who will own the entire experiment process across product, design, and engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate hypotheses tied to product metrics and business goals
• Define and execute testable experiments using the design system and specialist support
• Analyze results, share insights, and propose next steps based on findings

Required Qualifications

• 3-4+ years in full stack or frontend engineering, preferably in a product-facing role
• Experience voicing opinions on product decisions
• Basic to intermediate understanding of product and design thinking
• Familiarity with AI tools or integrating them into workflows
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and work with minimal direction
