Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Implement search improvements based on research to enhance developer satisfaction

• Conduct product experiments to quickly assess and iterate on search features

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in applied reinforcement learning, machine learning engineering, or model training with production systems
• Experience building and shipping APIs that prioritize developer experience
• Strong understanding of search product dynamics, including ranking and retrieval
• Hands-on experience with production systems and infrastructure
• Ability to work independently without a product manager, defining priorities and outcomes
