Product Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Product Engineer to join their software engineering team remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, technical direction, delivery, and production quality of data infrastructure features
• Understand user pain points and translate product needs into clear specifications and rollout plans
• Build backend and data systems using Go and/or Rust while collaborating with various teams

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience, preferably in backend or distributed systems
• Strong production experience with Go, Rust, or similar backend languages
• Experience owning complex engineering work from requirements to iteration
• Strong understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and data modeling
• Hands-on experience with databases and cloud-native infrastructure
