Product Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time remote Product Engineer who will own features end to end, building and shipping full-stack solutions across Ruby on Rails and React Native, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address operational challenges and improve patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Build and ship full-stack features for the web and mobile applications
• Collaborate with product and clinical operations teams to translate operational problems into software solutions
• Analyze product and operational data to assess the effectiveness of deployed features

Required qualifications

• 0-2 years of professional software engineering experience, including internships and personal projects
• Proficiency in React (or React Native) and Ruby on Rails
• Strong SQL fundamentals and experience with relational databases
• Demonstrated ability to build and ship real projects independently
• Experience using AI coding tools and a strong understanding of product development
