Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning product initiatives end-to-end, the full-time remote Product Engineer will build and enhance backend services and customer-facing capabilities for blockchain infrastructure while collaborating with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and drive measurable outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Own product initiatives from problem definition through to measurement and iteration
• Transform ambiguous operational challenges into clear plans and measurable outcomes
• Develop backend services, APIs, and tools that simplify blockchain infrastructure provisioning and scaling

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, particularly in backend or distributed systems roles
• Proven track record of managing projects from discovery to iteration
• Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Familiarity with message brokers or event-streaming tools such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
