Product Engineer

Job Summary

Owning the problem and driving outcomes, the full-time remote Product Engineer will collaborate with stakeholders to translate business intents into functional requirements, build production-quality code using AI tools, and verify end-to-end results while iterating for improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Accountable for project outcomes by engaging with users and stakeholders to identify and define problems
• Develops and reviews production-quality code across various technologies, ensuring quality in both functional and non-functional requirements
• Monitors services in production, addressing issues and iterating on solutions to enhance performance and reliability

Required qualifications

• 3+ years of experience building production web applications across the full stack
• Proficiency in AI tools and demonstrated end-to-end ownership of projects from idea to deployment
• Experience gathering requirements directly from users and translating them into actionable specifications
• Strong track record of navigating ambiguity and making judgment calls independently
• Ability to communicate effectively across engineering, product, and business teams
