Product Engineer

Job Summary

Joining a mission-driven team, the full-time remote Product Engineer will play a critical role in evolving the app, managing the end-to-end product development cycle, and collaborating cross-functionally to create engaging self-care experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Grow and evolve the app as the 5th engineer, contributing to product development from ideation to launch
• Collaborate with product designers, animators, and founders to build a product and culture that aligns with company values
• Influence engineering norms and tools to foster a high-performing team environment

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building consumer products for mobile or full-stack environments
• Strong product-centric mindset with a focus on user experience and decision-making
• Experience designing clean and maintainable APIs
• Proven ability to run A/B experiments and make data-informed decisions
• Familiarity with best practices in engineering for mobile apps and web
