Product Engineer

Job Summary

Working in a hybrid environment, the full-time Product Engineer will engage directly with enterprise customers to translate their needs into product solutions, shaping the product roadmap while writing production code and validating product direction.

Key responsibilities:

• Conduct discovery sessions and ongoing collaboration with enterprise customers to understand their needs
• Translate customer patterns and pain points into product requirements, helping to prioritize future developments
• Prototype and ship code that tests hypotheses about customer needs, including custom integrations and new features

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of software engineering experience with proficiency in Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, and modern development practices
• Experience building integrations with various APIs, databases, and enterprise systems
• Familiarity with AI/ML systems and expertise in AI-assisted development workflows
• Strong customer engagement skills, with a passion for understanding and solving customer problems
• Ability to identify product-level solutions based on patterns observed in customer interactions
