Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Growth/Product Engineer, fluent in React, TypeScript, and CSS, who will enhance the usability and visual design of Porter's platform while collaborating on feature discussions and improving code quality, with flexibility for remote work.

Key responsibilities

• Improve the UI/UX and organization of the dashboard
• Implement a design system and define the visual language of the platform
• Raise the standard for code quality and engineering culture

Required qualifications

• Fluency in React, TypeScript, and CSS
• Experience in UI/UX design and implementation
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable taking on multiple roles, including potential PM-like responsibilities
